1:鋁合金拼裝結(jié)構(gòu)，觸摸屏PLC控制，操作界面簡(jiǎn)單易懂。

2:三對(duì)毛刷(Φ160㎜)304軸頭配置，上部硬毛刷配置氣缸可單獨(dú)提升，特制軟毛刷可洗low-e玻璃，普通鍍膜玻璃。

3：主傳動(dòng)為斜齒傳動(dòng)，變頻調(diào)速，清洗機(jī)毛刷分別由上下兩組電機(jī)單獨(dú)齒帶傳動(dòng)，轉(zhuǎn)速平穩(wěn)，使用壽命更長(zhǎng)。

4：快速自動(dòng)厚度調(diào)節(jié)，可升降300mm，方便內(nèi)部清潔。

5：二對(duì)特制整體鋁風(fēng)刀、風(fēng)力強(qiáng)、一直一斜設(shè)計(jì)、去除厚板玻璃尾部平面水珠效果更佳，帶風(fēng)加熱和水加熱系統(tǒng)。

玻璃清洗機(jī)F系列

1、臥式玻璃清洗機(jī)采用國(guó)標(biāo)方管骨架；水平臥式結(jié)構(gòu)；2、臥式玻璃清洗機(jī)的溫度控制器可調(diào)整吹風(fēng)溫度，從0-90°都可以調(diào)整；3、臥式玻璃清洗機(jī)的傳動(dòng)部分使用無級(jí)變速機(jī)控制,可任意調(diào)節(jié)清洗速度；4、臥式玻璃清洗機(jī)的輸送棍、毛刷棍以及海綿棍均采用耐高溫，耐酸堿材質(zhì),使用壽命長(zhǎng)；5、臥式玻璃清洗機(jī)為密集滾筒帶動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)，加工面積范圍大，循環(huán)水清洗玻璃一次完成。6、臥式玻璃清洗機(jī)使用離心風(fēng)機(jī)，音量小、風(fēng)量大；高溫烘干系統(tǒng)，玻璃清洗完成后表面溫度在30-50°左右。
